Panorama Studios International Limited announced that its board of directors approved a proposal to make an investment in another company on August 7, 2026, subject to completion of evaluation, negotiations, and regulatory requirements, with details of the investee company, investment amount, and shareholding percentage to be disclosed after the transaction is finalized. The board authorized Managing Director Kumar Mangat Pathak to negotiate and execute agreements related to the proposed investment.
