Inox Wind Ltd consolidated sales down 34.57% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit tumbled by 39.35%

Inox Wind Ltd share price softened by 0.06% to Rs 78.5 after the company's net profit plunged by 39.35% to Rs 64.09 crore, while revenue from operations dropped sharply 34.57% to Rs 814.1 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Heavy Electrical Equipment industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 12.82 lakh crore, nosediving by 17.68%. EBITDA came in at Rs 95 crore, plunging by 35.62% YoY and tumbling by 31.39% sequentially. Total expenses saw a steep drop of 34.33% to Rs 720.22 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 446.24 crore, slumping by 20.27% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 50.28 crore, collapsing by 12.30% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations soared by 103.70% to Rs 3557.15 crore, while net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 1045.14% to Rs 435.05 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 26878% to Rs 612.76 crore, and PBT tanked by 1356.87% to Rs 536.81 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 137.95 crore in FY26, as against Rs 366.4 crore in FY25. Inox Wind Ltd crashed 46.63% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 1.97% during the same period.
