Hindalco Industries appoints Kailash Pandey as Aluminium Upstream CEO, restructures management

Hindalco Industries Limited announced changes to its senior management, effective August 7, 2026, including the elevation of Mr. Kailash Pandey to ‘CEO - Aluminium Upstream’ from his current role as ‘Head - Mining and Sambalpur Cluster’, and the cessation of Mr. Sameer Nayak’s role due to a change in the organization structure.
