Mafatlal Industries appoints Deloitte as statutory auditor for a five-year term

Mafatlal Industries Limited announced the appointment of Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants LLP as its statutory auditors for a five-year term, commencing at the conclusion of the company’s 113th Annual General Meeting in fiscal year 2027-28 and concluding at the conclusion of the 118th Annual General Meeting in fiscal year 2031-32, subject to member approval; Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP will continue as statutory auditors until the conclusion of the 113th AGM.
