Bandhan Bank Limited approved allotment of equity shares to eligible employees

Bandhan Bank Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 10,415 equity shares to eligible employees following the exercise of options under the Bandhan Bank Employee Stock Option Plan Series 1, increasing the bank’s issued and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 16,11,10,11,650 comprising 1,61,11,01,165 equity shares to Rs 16,11,11,15,800 comprising 1,61,11,11,580 equity shares.
