Arvind SmartSpaces Limited’s nomination and remuneration committee approved the grant of 1,30,000 stock options to eligible employees under the Arvind SmartSpaces Limited - Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2025 (ESOS 2025), according to a regulatory filing on August 7, 2026, with an exercise price of Rs 603.30 per equity share, and the scheme complies with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021.
