Guru Krupa Gems and Jewellery Limited, formerly known as Bhakti Gems and Jewellery Limited, has rescheduled its board meeting from August 10th, 2026, to Wednesday, August 12th, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30th, 2026. The company also stated that the trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the standalone audited financial results, in accordance with the company’s Insider Trading Code and SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015.
