GK Energy Limited appointed CS Avanti Rajwade Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term

GK ENERGY LIMITED, formerly known as GK Energy Private Limited and GK Energy Marketers Private Limited, announced the appointment of CS Avanti Rajwade as Secretarial Auditor, subject to approval by the company's members at the Annual General Meeting, for a five-year term commencing from the financial year FY 2026-27 to FY 2030–31.
