Balu Forge Industries Limited will consider raising funds through a further public issue, rights issue, ADRs, GDRs, FCCBs, debt issue, preferential allotment, private placement, qualified institutions placement, or other permissible methods at a board meeting scheduled for Wednesday, August 12, 2026, and will also consider the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
