Liotech Industries appoints HRU & Associates and B B Gusani & Associates as auditors

Liotech Industries Limited informed the BSE that its board of directors approved the appointment of M/s. HRU & Associates Practicing Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2025-26 and M/s. B B Gusani & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, both appointments effective August 7, 2026.
