Fone4 Communications’ register of members will close August 25-31 for its annual meeting

Fone4 Communications (India) Limited informed the BSE Limited that its register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from August 25, 2026, to August 31, 2026, for the purpose of its 12th Annual General Meeting, scheduled to be held on August 31, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. through video conferencing, and that e-voting will be available to shareholders from August 28, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. to August 30, 2026, at 5:00 P.M., with a cut-off date of August 24, 2026, for determining eligible voters.
