Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited on August 6, 2026, executed a Memorandum of Understanding with Škoda Digital S.R.O. of Czech Republic to explore potential business opportunities in railway digitalization solutions, particularly AI-based systems and other advanced rail digital technologies. The agreement, which is non-equity in nature and does not create a joint venture or partnership, is subject to mutual negotiations and approvals of the respective managements and does not involve any issuance of shares or financing arrangements.
