Aequs board approves changes to align with amalgamation of four related entities

Aequs Limited, formerly Aequs Private Limited, announced that its board approved alterations to Clause III(A) of its Memorandum of Association to align its main objects with the business proposed under a scheme of amalgamation with Aerostructures Manufacturing India Private Limited, Aequs Engineered Plastics Private Limited, and Aequs Force Consumer Products Private Limited, following shareholder approval via postal ballot. The alterations include the addition of clauses related to manufacturing polythene, polypropylene, consumer products, precision equipment, and healthcare instruments.
