Aequs Limited appointed BMP & Co. LLP as Secretarial Auditors for five years

Aequs Limited said its board approved the appointment of M/s. BMP & Co. LLP as Secretarial Auditors for five consecutive years starting from fiscal year 2026-27 to fiscal year 2030-2031, subject to shareholder approval, and the re-appointment of Mr. Rajeev Kaul as Director at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.
