Biocon Limited appoints new auditors and directors following its annual meeting

Biocon Limited announced changes to its board and statutory auditors following its 48th Annual General Meeting on August 6, 2026. Eric Vivek Mazumdar was re-appointed as a director liable to retire by rotation, while Nicholas Robert Haggar retired as an Independent Director. The company also appointed S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP as its statutory auditors for a five-year term, replacing B S R & Co. LLP.
