Tiger Logistics to review financial results and AGM agenda at August board meeting

Tiger Logistics (India) Limited will hold a board meeting on August 12, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and year ended June 2026, as well as other agenda items, including those related to the annual general meeting. Trading window for designated persons of the company was closed from July 1, 2026, and will remain so until 48 hours after the unaudited financial results are declared to the stock exchanges.
