Interarch Building Solutions allocates shares to employees under its 2023 ESOP scheme

Interarch Building Solutions Limited, formerly known as Interarch Building Products Limited, announced the allotment of 45,415 equity shares under the INTERARCH ESOP SCHEME-2023 following a board meeting on August 6, 2026, to eligible employees upon exercise of stock options. The shares, with a face value of Re. 10 each, will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares, bringing the total issued share capital to Rs 1,68,17,268 and a total issued share capital of Rs 1,68,17,268.
