Elpro International Ltd. announced it has acquired 1,03,745 equity shares of GMM Pflauder Limited for an acquisition cost of Rs 10.00 crores, according to a regulatory filing on August 6, 2026. GMM Pflauder Limited reported a consolidated turnover of Rs 3,569.01 crore for the fiscal year 2025-26, and Rs 3,229.10 crore and Rs 3,446.50 crore for the fiscal years 2024-25 and 2023-24, respectively.
