Ujjivan Small Finance Bank approves equity share allotment under Employee Stock Option Plan

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited announced that its Stakeholders Relationship Committee approved the allotment of 27,12,065 equity shares, with a face value of Rs.10 each, under the Ujjivan Small Finance Bank -Employee Stock Option Plan 2019, increasing the bank's paid-up capital from Rs. 19,45,82,85,040 to Rs. 19,48,54,05,690.
