Allied Digital Services announces book closure dates and dividend eligibility for FY 2025-26

Allied Digital Services Limited has informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the book closure period will be from August 25, 2026, to September 1, 2026, for the financial year 2025-26, with a cut-off date of August 25, 2026, for remote e-voting eligibility and August 28, 2026, for entitlement to the final dividend, should it be declared at the company's annual general meeting on September 1, 2026.
