Rotographics (India) approved share capital increase to Rs 40 crore and rebranding to Novalum Materials

Rotographics (India) Limited, at its annual general meeting held on August 6, 2026, approved an increase in its authorized share capital to Rs 40 crore, divided into 40 million equity shares of Rs 10 each, and subsequently split the face value of its equity shares to Rs 2 each, resulting in 20 million shares. The company also approved a change of name from "ROTOGRAPHICS (INDIA) LIMITED" to "NOVALUM MATERIALS LIMITED."
