Geecee Ventures approves financial results, schedules AGM, and re-appoints auditors

Geecee Ventures Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the company’s un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and fixed Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. as the date, time, and venue for its 42nd Annual General Meeting to be held through video conferencing or other audio visual means. The board also re-appointed M/s. Kishore Bhatia & Associates as the Cost Auditors for fiscal year 2026-27 and approved the re-appointment of Mr. Gaurav Shyamsukha as a director, subject to shareholder approval, while setting a record date of Monday, September 07, 2026, for the final dividend for financial year 2025-26.
