Rajasthan Securities Limited to review financial results at a board meeting on August 13

Rajasthan Securities Limited, formerly known as Rajasthan Gases Limited, will hold a board meeting on Thursday, 13th August, 2026, at 01.00 PM to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and three months ended 30th June, 2026, along with a limited review report, and may address other matters with the chairman’s approval; the company’s trading window will remain closed from 1st July, 2026, and will reopen on 16th August, 2026, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations.
