Tacent Projects Limited will hold a board meeting on August 11, 2026, to consider and approve a proposed preferential issue of up to 34,00,000 equity shares and up to 1,15,87,750 fully convertible warrants, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.
