Banswara Syntex Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd that Monika Bohara, who was previously appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective August 3, 2026, has unilaterally withdrawn her acceptance of the position, effectively halting the proposed appointment; in the interim, Managing Director Shaleen Toshniwal will oversee compliance matters.
