Aztec Fluids & Machinery re-appoints auditors and extends leadership terms through 2029

Aztec Fluids & Machinery Ltd. approved the re-appointment of M/s. Ravi Kapoor & Associates as Secretarial Auditor and M/s. J. J. Patel & Associates as Internal Auditor for the financial year ending March 31, 2027, the company said in a filing with the BSE on August 6, 2026. The board also approved the reappointment of Mr. Pulin Kumudchandra Vaidhya as Managing Director for a further term of three years, effective November 25, 2026, and Mrs. Amisha Pulin Vaidhya as Whole-Time Director for another three years, also effective November 25, 2026, both subject to shareholder approval.
