Kajaria Ceramics acquires remaining stake in Kajaria Bathware for Rs 50 crore

Kajaria Ceramics Limited announced it has acquired 44,11,764 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares of Kajaria Bathware Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, from Aravali Investment Holdings for Rs 50 crore on August 6, 2026, resulting in Kajaria Ceramics holding 100% of both the equity shares and CCPS of KBPL, which had a turnover of Rs 413.64 crore as of March 31, 2026.
