Gulshan Polyols Limited announced that its Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee approved the grant of 59,453 stock options to employees under the GPL Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2018, which can be exercised between June 1, 2029 and June 30, 2029, at an exercise price of Rs 223 per share.
