Sandur Manganese forms two subsidiaries, Royal Sandur Hospitality and Academy, valued at Rs 10 crore each

The Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores Limited announced that its board of directors approved the incorporation of two wholly owned subsidiaries, Royal Sandur Hospitality Private Limited and Royal Sandur Academy Private Limited, subject to necessary approvals. Royal Sandur Hospitality Private Limited will focus on hospitality businesses including hotels, resorts, and restaurants, while Royal Sandur Academy Private Limited will operate an academy encompassing coaching centers, sports academies, and skill development training, with a total consideration of Rs 10 crore for each entity through the subscription of 10,00,000 equity shares at Rs 10 per share.
