Sayaji Hotels appoints Isha Garg as independent director for a five-year term

Sayaji Hotels (Pune) Limited announced the appointment of Mrs. Isha Garg (DIN: 06803278) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, effective August 6, 2026, subject to shareholder approval or a three-month period, whichever is earlier, and for a term of 5 years. Mrs. Garg is a practicing Company Secretary with an MBA and B.Com degree, and she is not related to any existing directors and is not debarred from holding the office of director.
