IYKOT Hitech Toolroom sells assets, secures loan from promoter, appoints Shetty to committee

IYKOT Hitech Toolroom Limited informed the BSE on Thursday, August 6, 2026, that its board approved the sale of assets, a loan of an undisclosed amount from Aspect Global Ventures Private Limited, a promoter of the company, and the appointment of Sukumar Anand Shetty to the Nomination and Remuneration Committee in place of Vaishali Sharad Lad. The company estimates revenue attributable to the assets being sold was approximately Rs 30.00 lakhs, and the proceeds will be used for business purposes, including working capital and investment in new business activities involving bullion, gold, silver, precious metals, and jewellery.
