Barak Valley Cements Limited will hold a board meeting on August 13, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the trading window for company securities has been closed for directors, officers, designated persons, and their immediate relatives since July 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are approved and filed with stock exchanges.
