Shri Keshav Cements and Infra Limited will hold a board meeting on August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results and segment-wise revenue results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the directors’ report for the financial year 2025-26, according to a regulatory filing.
