SYNCOM Formulations (India) Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. (IST) to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to take on record the limited review report by auditors, as well as to consider a final dividend recommendation for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
