Aarvi Encon Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will remain closed for all designated employees, including directors and their dependents, from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
