Vibhor Steel Tubes Limited said its board of directors approved the re-appointment of M/s S.K Agarwal & Associates as the Cost Auditor of the company for the financial year 2026-27. The decision was made at a board meeting held on Thursday, August 6, 2026, and is in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
