Arvaya Healthcare to review financial results and appoint directors at August meeting

Arvaya Healthcare Limited, formerly known as Bijoy Hans Limited, will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as well as material related party transactions and the appointment of CS Guinea Agrawal as Company Secretary of Arvaya Healthtech & Wellness Private Limited, a subsidiary. The board will also consider the appointment of Mr. Rahul Ravindra Mayur as Non-Executive Independent Director on the Boards of Arvaya Healthtech & Wellness Private Limited, Health Secure Hospitals Private Limited and Tec-Pool Solutions Private Limited, all wholly owned subsidiaries, and Mr. Abhiram Ranganath and Mr. Salil Shetty as Directors on the Boards of wholly owned subsidiaries. Trading window for the company's securities has been closed since July 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
