Emcure Pharmaceuticals names Satish Mehta Chairman following Desai’s departure to National Commission

Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited announced that Berjis Desai will step down as Chairman and Director due to his appointment to the National Commission for Minorities, effective after the company's Annual General Meeting. Simultaneously, the company appointed Raghu Kumar as an Additional Director (Non-Executive and Independent), effective August 6, 2026, and named Satish Mehta, currently Managing Director & CEO, as the new Chairman, also effective after the AGM.
