Sinclairs Hotels re-appointed Sanjeev Khandelwal and Swajib Chatterjee for five years

Sinclairs Hotels Limited announced that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Khandelwal as a Non-executive Independent Director for a second term of five years, commencing May 26, 2027, subject to shareholder approval at the company's Annual General Meeting, and the re-appointment of Mr. Swajib Swapan Chatterjee as Manager for a period of five years, also starting May 26, 2027, pending shareholder approval.
