Sinclairs Hotels Limited’s board re-appointed directors for five-year terms, pending approval

Sinclairs Hotels Limited announced that its board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Khandelwal as a Non-executive Independent Director for a second five-year term, effective May 26, 2027, pending shareholder approval, and the re-appointment of Mr. Swajib Swapan Chatterjee as Manager for another five years, also starting May 26, 2027 and subject to shareholder approval.
