Alivus Life Sciences Limited, formerly Glenmark Life Sciences Limited, will hold its Fifteenth Annual General Meeting on September 8, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. IST, and the board of directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 5.00 per equity share of Rs 2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, with a record date of September 1, 2026, and payment expected to be made on or after September 11, 2026.
