BSSE Limited to review quarterly results at a board meeting on August 14, 2026

BSSE Limited will hold a meeting of its board of directors on August 14, 2026, at its registered office in Chennai to consider and approve the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with a limited review report issued by statutory auditors M/s. Darpan & Associates, Chartered Accountants. In compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities has been closed from July 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results.
