Atal Realtech Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that a board meeting initially scheduled for August 6, 2026, has been rescheduled to Wednesday, August 12, 2026, to consider and approve a proposal for raising of funds and the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
