RateGain’s revenue surged 187.6% to INR 785 crore, boosted by travel demand and Sojern integration

RateGain Travel Technologies Limited announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting an operating revenue of INR 785.0 crore, a 187.6% year-over-year increase, and an adjusted EBITDA of INR 193.4 crore, up 289.3% year-over-year, driven by strong travel demand during the FIFA World Cup and record new business in Asia-Pacific, alongside the integration of Sojern. The company's adjusted profit after tax grew to INR 116.8 crore, a 148.8% increase compared to the prior year, while free cash flow stood at INR 135.2 crore, representing a free cash flow conversion of 78.8%, and the company has repaid 38% of the total loan taken out for the Sojern acquisition.
