Garware Hi-Tech Films Limited, formerly Garware Polyester Limited, announced the appointment of Mr. Prashant L. Pai as Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective August 6, 2026, until a new CFO is appointed by the board. Mr. Pai, who has experience with Garware Hi-Tech Films Limited and related companies, holds a Master’s degree and has expertise in accounting, finance, and SAP ERP implementation.
