Integra Essentia Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved the re-appointment of Ms. Gunjan Jha and Ms. Sony Kumari as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a second term of five consecutive years, subject to member approval.
