Juniper Green Energy closes trading window ahead of financial results release

Juniper Green Energy Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for equity shares will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective August 6, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
