Cranex Limited’s board will meet August 13 to review first-quarter financial results

Cranex Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the company along with a limited review report from auditors for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, in accordance with Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; the trading window for equity shares will remain closed for 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
