Madhav Bansidhar Shriram has acquired 2,69,06,382 equity shares, representing 30.93%, of DCM Shriram Industries Ltd. through an off-market inter-se transfer among promoters and immediate relatives, executed on August 1, 2026. The acquisition, part of a realignment and consolidation of shareholding, brings Madhav Bansidhar Shriram’s total shareholding in DCM Shriram Industries Ltd. to 3,12,05,606 shares, or 35.87%, while Alok Bansidhar Shriram, Urvashi Tilakdhar, and Lala Bansi Dhar & Sons (HUF) transferred shares as part of the transaction.
