Black Rose Industries reports Rs 90.14 crore revenue, driven by distribution business growth

Black Rose Industries Ltd. reported revenue of Rs 90.14 crore and profit after tax of Rs 10.41 crore for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027, a 48% and 146% increase, respectively, compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year, driven by growth in the distribution business and improved margins. The company’s board declared an interim dividend of Rs 2 per equity share for fiscal year 2027, and expects improved volumes and stable realizations in the upcoming quarter for its manufacturing division, alongside improved sales volumes for its distribution business. The company is advancing its strategic research and development and capacity expansion initiatives, including a Polyacrylamide (PAM) solid project, and expects a decision on a specialty amines project in collaboration with Koei Chemical Company, Ltd. during the year.
